The Stan Mikita Hockey School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Annual Raffle is now underway

Help support the Stan Mikita Hockey School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing while getting a chance to win one of six cash prizes up to $10,000. Your valuable purchase is what continues to help athletes who are deaf or hard of hearing achieve goals beyond hockey by developing confidence and self-esteem through the game of hockey.

As with each year, we are dependent on our players, families, and friends to help assist us in reaching our goal of selling each ticket. This year, we will be selling 750 tickets to the raffle that will see multiple winners receiving prizes from $250 up to $10,000! These valuable proceeds are what continue to help athletes who are deaf or hard of hearing achieve goals beyond hockey by developing confidence and self-esteem through the game of hockey. Several thousand deaf and hard of hearing athletes will participate in AHIHA sponsored programs and will experience a new outlook on life, the opportunity of making new friends, sharing a common bond of hockey, life experiences and a positive environment. These are funds that have also helped players receive hearing aids, speech and language therapy, auditory training, counseling, and diagnostic evaluations.
