AHIHA PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS:

Male or female hockey player with 40db hearing loss or greater.
Be a member of USA Hockey and currently participating in an organized hockey program from youth beginner level athlete, through college level athlete.
International competitions have additional requirements to participate.
