AHIHA has a tremendous group of parents who make everyone feel welcome and strive to ensure the week of the hockey school is a memorable one for everyone.  Their purpose is to support and promote all aspects of AHIHA.  They can often be found in the Hospitality Room at the hotel during the week of the hockey school, working on one of their many projects.

The AHIHA Family Support Group:
  • - Assist in planning the events for the week of the hockey school
  • - Distribute “Welcome Bags” for the players and volunteers at the hockey school
  • - Fundraise for the Jacki Marcus Scholarship Award
  • - Host the Family Skate, Pizza Party and end of week themed Parent’s Party
  • - Manage the “Sports Raffle” which is held during the week of the hockey school
  • - Publish the daily “AHIHA Newsletter” during the week of the hockey school
  • - Support the “Annual Raffle”, which is the major fundraiser
