Your valuable donations are what continue to help athletes who are deaf or hard of hearing achieve goals beyond hockey by developing confidence and self-esteem through the game of hockey. Several thousand deaf and hard of hearing athletes will participate in AHIHA sponsored programs and will experience a new outlook on life, the opportunity of making new friends, sharing a common bond of hockey, life experiences and a positive environment. These are funds that have also helped players receive hearing aids, speech and language therapy, auditory training, counseling, and diagnostic evaluations.
